Welcome to Now2Nxt Marketing & Branding
I’m Steph Tomko, I’ve always had a thing for storytelling — not the once-upon-a-time kind, but the real, raw kind. The kind that helps people connect, understand, and buy in. I started learning how to pitch when I was 16 years old, working my first sales job. I didn’t have a degree (not even high school yet!), a strategy, or a script — just an instinct to connect with people, to listen more than I spoke, and to lead with heart. That instinct became the foundation for every pitch I’ve ever made — from nonprofit campaigns to national TV segments to building my own business. Over the years, I’ve helped entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and real estate teams tell their stories in a way that actually lands. I’ve been the one behind the scenes — redesigning websites, planning red carpet events, and coaching from behind the curtain. I've coached Realtors on how to speak in a way that gets remembered. I’ve helped nonprofits go from underfunded to NFL sponsored — not because they started shouting louder, but because they finally started speaking clearly. I once spent 40 hours in San Francisco filming a baking competition show. It was A LOT OF FUN. But I didn’t get there because anyone knew me as a baker. I got there because I pitched to a casting crew and I did it well. I once went from a volunteer at a nonprofit to their executive director of marketing and fundraising and then secured a sponsorship from an NFL team in the first week of employment. It was the pitch. Both times. Your pitch isn’t just about your offer — it’s about your voice, your energy, and your ability to connect with the people you’re meant to serve. It’s not about sounding more polished. It’s about sounding more you. Now, I help women (mostly) go from invisible to irresistible — not by changing who they are, but by giving them the tools, language, and support to show up more fully as themselves. Whether it’s in a live workshop, a one-liner on LinkedIn, or a quiet conversation over coffee, I teach you how to say what you really mean — and say it in a way that makes people want in. Because once you can confidently pitch yourself, you can sell anything.
